Safety Leader Institute is a consultancy founded by Ronilla Ernest, an occupational safety and health expert with over 18 years of experience across both public and private sector organizations. Her career includes contributions to the City of Houston, Baylor College of Medicine, Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland, and multiple U.S. federal agencies — including Federal Occupational Health, NASA Headquarters, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement — alongside work with a range of consulting firms.
With this depth of expertise behind her, Ronilla set out to launch her own consultancy — but as a first-time entrepreneur building an entirely new brand, she had no existing digital presence, no established online credibility, and no clear starting point for turning her expertise into a business.
